Located in the driftless region of Wisconsin, Uplands Cheese has won more awards for their Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheese than any other cheese in American history, according to their website. I photographed Andy Hatch, co-owner, for an article Eating Well Magazine was doing on him and their farm.
